You need a juicer to make this cocktail, so please, if you don't have one make like Alissa and stalk your local buy/sell FB groups until you can find one!
For 2 servings
Combine 3 oz beet juice, 1 oz celery juice, 1 oz carrot juice, 1/2 oz lemon juice and 3 oz vodka.
Serve over ice in a highball glass with a salted rim and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
