In this episode we're talking about four different versions of spherical heaven, meatballs. We've made Swedish, ginger meatballs in a coconut broth, veggie packed italian meatballs and meatball banh mis. We are balled out but it was worth it.

The Pickle Front
 
 
Slice a jalapeño and add to 2 cups of vodka in a closed container. Allow to sit for at least 24 hours, then remove jalapeño. 
 
Salt the rim and fill a glass with ice. Add 1/2 tbsp pickled vegetable liquid, 1.5 oz jalapeños vodka and 1/2 cup carrot juice and stir to combine. Top with 1 tbsp cilantro juice.
